My mom won't let me talk to my friends durIng the summer?

I'm your average 13 year old responsible B student. I'm honest and isn't rude at all. My mom thinks my friends are bad and stupid. A lot of them have straight a's and are quiet. I can't call them or email them. Basically not contact at all during the whole summer. I can't have a Facebook ether because my mom thinks that I'm going to get threaten on there. That doesn't happen at my school unless you do something really bad. She always praises my brother. He is the perfect son and my mom adores him. She always calls me stupid and dumb. Every time I tell her how I feel she calls me stupid a s leaves. My dad tries to help me at a lot but it's hard. She thinks I'm a lier too. I feel like I ma never have fun with my friends or just have fun without my mom ruining it. What should I do?
