My dress is falling apart!!!?

That's a pretty common problem with most store bought dresses. If you're good with a needle and thread, you could always pull the threads through to the inside of the dress and tie them off so that they can no longer be seen from the outside and can be secured to the dress again. Or, you could tie the ends off at the front of the dress and then trim the excess thread away. I would suggest going for the first option, though, so that your dress can have a longer lasting life with the accents. Also, be sure to clean your dress with the proper care instructions listed on the label, this will also maintain the life of your dress and protect it from fading or further damage.
