Is this dress pretty?

Not really. It looks like... for a funeral or something. And they make you look chubby because it loose all the way down from the boobs. I went to JC Penny yesterday and was trying on dresses for fun and I liked one of them but its tight all the way. I only liked it because I looked sexy haha. I'm in high school by the way, and I think you are too.
