What does this mean? Screen came up on my laptop?

You should be able to press F1 to continue starting the computer. Something must have happened the previous time you tried to start it up. It's possible that there's some sort of intermittent hardware failure in the computer. If that's the case, it may refuse to start from time to time, and it may eventually get worse until it will never start at all. You might want to have a computer shop look at it if the problem persists.
