Am I Agnostic Theist? If so how do I tell my parents?

I'm 14 and my mom is christian and my dad is catholic. i grew up in the church and knew about god and the bible since i was able to understand words. as time went on i started doubting it more and more and got to the point where i cant be certain there even is a god. i do think there is something big out there because of the fact that we could'ntt have evolved from nothing but i dont know if there is a god because there is no scientific proof of it, nothing concrete...just words. i dont know what religious category i fit and whatever that category is, should i tell my parents if its against their beliefs?
